Our goal is to keep our clients thoroughly informed every step of the way. At the beginning of a project, our estimator will determine the cost of a project with consideration to every detail, right down to the last doorknob. This estimate will be presented in depth, and any questions that arise will be addressed. Upon signing a contract, our clients can expect a direct line of information through their project manager and site supervisor. Communications from our team will include detailed and timely invoices, as well as regular reports on schedule and budget. Upon completion of the project, our clients can relax and enjoy their new home with the peace of mind, with assistance from our dedicated owner-care team in addition to our home warranty program. Should our clients, past or present, ever have questions or concerns, we are happy to help.

Three Generations of Experience

Graeme Mann, President of GT Mann Contracting, has been building in Southern Vancouver Island for 16 years.

The Mann family has served the Saanich Peninsula and Greater Victoria construction industry for over 70 years and Graeme Mann continues the legacy. Born and raised in Victoria, Graeme is well-known as a former HarbourCat and firefighter, as well as for his community stewardship and his sense of humour. Graeme spent time working in the family business, Don Mann Excavating, before starting to build homes. Though GT Mann Contracting has grown rapidly, early members of the team have grown alongside the business and are a testament to Graeme’s commitment to fostering long-standing relationships and trust.
