Project managers coordinate and communicate with all involved parties, including contractors, subcontractors, architects, and homeowners, to keep everyone on the same page. Project managers handle scheduling, budget management and reporting, procurement of materials, and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process. The project manager is responsible for keeping the construction process organized, efficient, and aligned with the homeowner’s vision.

SITE Supervision

Site supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site. They oversee the work of subcontractors and laborers, ensuring that tasks are completed according to the project schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. Site supervisors also manage materials and equipment, troubleshoot problems on-site, and communicate directly with the project manager to report progress and resolve any issues.

TRadesPeople

Laborers handle general tasks such as site preparation, material handling, basic construction, and cleanup to maintain a safe, organized work environment. They also support skilled trades by assisting with setup and holding materials. Carpenters, on the other hand, focus on the skilled construction and assembly of the home’s framework, walls, roofing, and detailed woodwork, using precise measurements and techniques to build structural elements and custom designs.

Office Team

Our bookkeepers handle payroll, track expenses, issue invoices, and manage payments to subcontractors and suppliers. Monthly invoices are developed by our bookkeeping team in collaboration with the project managers to ensure that invoices are accurate. Our bookkeeping team is happy to assist with any questions or concerns about payment procedures, invoice details, or anything else of the sort.
