This 77-unit rental project is split between two buildings and includes 8 commercial retail units at ground level. The building is constructed using prefabricated wood framing panels over suspended slab parking area.  Construction bordered protected SPEA and public park and included additional civil works for parking lot to serve the municipal hall and memorial park.
