This 89-unit condominium spread between two wood framed buildings over top of 4 levels of tiered parkade situated on property line for two sides.  There were several months of blasting, shotcrete stabilization, and pipe pile shoring prior to construction start.  All units featured mid range appliance packages, quartz countertops and luxury vinyl plank with engineered options.  Amenities included gym, meeting room, MODO car share with memberships, ample bike storage, and EV ready parking stalls.
